Mr. Glidden is the founder of SGI and has 15 years experience buying and
selling semiconductors. He formerly worked in the recruitment industry
for Quincy Consulting, a provider of sales and purchasing professionals
to the high tech industry.
He graduated from Lake Forest College, and has a degree in Comparative
World Literature in 1983. He is trustee for the Glidden & Williams
Trust, a Boston shipping company founded in the 1800's. SGI is a wholly
owned subsidiary of Glidden & Williams. He is also a director of IDEA,
the Independent Distributors Electronics Association.

Mr. Pike comes to SGI with 19 years of electronic distribution and warehouse
logistics experience. He pioneered the development of systems to handle
3PL transactions for the semiconductor industry. His knowledge and contacts
make him a strong part of the core management team of SGI. Previous to
working at SGI, Tom worked at NECX for 18 years. He started out in shipping
in 1984 and held various positions. His final role was global logistics
integration manager overseeing 100 employees in 5 countries, while moving
over a billion dollars worth of electronic components on a yearly basis.
Tom has brought a wealth of knowledge to the shipping and storage process
for SGI. He currently oversees our distribution center in Beverly, MA
and our 350,000 sq. ft. 3PL center in Dallas, TX.

Mr. Kaplan is the sales manager for SGI and oversees the development of our domestic and international clients.
Jon brings a wealth of knowledge of the EMS/CM/ODM marketplace from his years at Teradyne Connection Systems,
which was later acquired by Amphenol.
He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a
Masters Degree in Business Administration.
