Maintaining an effective Quality Management System has been a critical objective of SG Industries since our inception in 1995, with SG Industries achieving ISO Certification in 1997.

SG Industries currently maintains ISO9001:2008 Certification. With regular management review meetings driving our continuous improvement model and quality process, our quality management system is in a continuous state of refinement and improvement. This ultimately drives our ongoing and ever increasing customer satisfaction.

All of our employees are trained on our QMS and understand their role in achieving our annual quality objectives. They understand that quality and customer satisfaction are closely related and every employee’s responsibility.

Our IDEA Certified Quality Inspectors execute their responsibilities according to our proprietary process for ensuring the authenticity and qualification of the products we ship to our customers. This hybrid proprietary process embedded within our QMS combines the quality standards of the IDEA, EIA and JEDEC. Our Quality Inspectors are trained experts in the proper and safe handling, inspection, qualification, packaging and shipping of the products we buy and sell.

SG Industries is one of the founding members of the IDEA, and maintains membership to the IDEA as well as the ERAI. Maintaining membership to these industry groups ensures that we keep current with best industry practices for ensuring quality, authenticity and running good and ethical business practices.
